Maggie graduated from University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and after graduation continued at the University working in the Oral Medicine Clinic as a dental hygienist, research associate and clinical adjunct professor within the School of Dentistry. There she treated HIV/AIDs patients, oral cancer patients and patients with oral diseases. After relocating to Southern California she continued to work in private in General and Periodontal practices.
In 2008 she was accepted into the Physician Assistant Program at Nova Southeastern University and graduated with a Master of Medical Science in 2010. Since graduation she has practiced in the fields of Cosmetic Medicine, Family Medicine, Wound Care, Internal, Addiction and Psychiatric Medicine.
For the last several years she has worked exclusively in the field of Addiction Medicine providing medical and psychiatric evaluations for substance abuse detox and treatment centers throughout South Florida and the Treasure Coast. Maggie has been a resident of Stuart, Florida for 20 years and is an avid swimmer and cyclist in her spare time. She is a member of AAPA, FAPA and ASAM.
